LONGi Expands LONGi ONE Portfolio at Africa Energy Forum 2026 with Global Debut of OneNexus

Cape Town, South Africa – June 16, 2026 – At Africa Energy Forum 2026, LONGi unveiled OneNexus, a new solution for off-grid and microgrid applications, marking the latest expansion of the LONGi ONE portfolio. With this addition, LONGi ONE now spans utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I), off-grid, and microgrid scenarios, providing customers with a more comprehensive solar-plus-storage offering.

Expanding LONGi ONE to Off-Grid and Microgrid Applications

As Africa accelerates its energy transition, demand is growing for integrated solutions that can deliver reliable and affordable power across a wide range of applications – from utility-scale renewable projects to mining operations, industrial facilities, and remote communities. Increasingly, customers are seeking coordinated systems rather than standalone components to simplify deployment and improve long-term performance.

Making its global debut in Cape Town, OneNexus is designed for environments where grid access is limited, unstable, or unavailable. Tailored for applications such as mining operations, remote industrial facilities, and microgrids, it enables customers to deploy coordinated solar-plus-storage systems that support reliable power supply in some of Africa’s most demanding operating conditions.

Alongside OneNexus, LONGi is showcasing OneBank 2.0 and Hi-MO One Pro, demonstrating how the LONGi ONE portfolio addresses different application needs through a unified solar-plus-storage architecture.

Built on the principles of One System, One Platform, and One Responsibility, LONGi ONE brings together PV, energy storage, intelligent control, and lifecycle services into a coordinated framework. The approach is designed to simplify system integration, streamline project delivery, and provide customers with a single accountable partner throughout the project lifecycle.

Supporting Long-Term Project Success Across Africa

Beyond technology, LONGi is continuing to strengthen its long-term support for projects across Africa. Leveraging its global marketing and service network and its “2830” service plan, the company is expanding localized capabilities covering solution design, delivery, commissioning, operation, and lifecycle services—helping customers reduce project complexity and maintain reliable performance throughout the asset lifecycle.

By expanding the LONGi ONE portfolio with OneNexus, LONGi is bringing its integrated solar-plus-storage approach to a broader range of applications across Africa. From utility-scale power plants and C&I facilities to off-grid and microgrid projects, the company is committed to supporting customers with coordinated technologies, localized services, and long-term lifecycle expertise to help deliver reliable and bankable energy infrastructure.
