PotisEdge Achieves Multiple Prestigious Certifications, Ushering in a New Era in Global Energy Storage

On December 30, 2024, PotisEdge achieved dual-system certifications for North America and the EU, along with fire safety certifications, from Intertek Group (“Intertek”) and Jensen Hughes (“JH”). These certifications pertain to PotisEdges self-developed 5MWh PotisBank-L5.0-1500 series containerized energy storage system. The scope of certifications includes key standards and reports such as UL9540, UL1973, UL9540A, NFPA68, NFPA69, HMA, NFPA855, Arc Flash, IEC/EN 62619, IEC/EN 63056, IEC/EN 62477, IEC/EN 61000, and FCC (CFR 47 Part 15 (2021)), as well as transportation-related certifications like UN38.3 and UN3536.


After extensive testing, PotisBank-L5.0, which is powered by PotisEdge’s exclusive Intelligent Cell Contact System (iCCS), has received dual certifications for North America and the EU. Our excellence in safety, system engineering, and fire protection design is demonstrated by this accomplishment. To further confirm its outstanding performance, the PotisBank-L5.0-1500 is also undergoing Norway’s DNV bank-ability certification and New York City TM-2 qualification.
